The Avon Valley Path walk follows the river Avon for 34 miles between the historic centres of Salisbury and Christchurch. Join us for six Monday outings when we trace its course using designated footpaths, (the longest leg is 8 miles and the shortest 3.5 miles). We’ll meet on each occasion at the Furlong long-stay car park in Ringwood. Bus routes X3 and 125 will take us to our start points for each section on the walk (and return us to Ringwood!) so remember to bring your bus pass. There will be appropriate stops for coffee and lunch.
